Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service platforms, messaging infrastructure providers, aggregators, and telecommunications carriers, is permitted solely to deliver the SMS messaging service you have opted in to receive.
- Types of messages you may receive: if you opt in, you may receive (1) marketing messages about our services, promotions, and new features; (2) transactional messages such as appointment confirmations, demo delivery notifications, onboarding updates, billing and invoice alerts, and account status notices; and (3) customer-care responses to your inquiries.
- Message frequency varies based on the category of messages you have opted in to receive and your engagement with our services.
- Message and data rates may apply for each SMS message you send or receive, as determined by your mobile carrier. Sonoran Technologies LLC does not charge for SMS messages; however, your mobile carrier may. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscribe, after which no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.

- SMS opt-in data carve-out: the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding subcontractors in support services, aggregators, and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive.
