These Terms of Service govern your use of Sonoran Technologies, including the marketing automation platform, demo website generator, and CRM tools. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Services are provided under Arizona law with disputes resolved in Maricopa County courts.

Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using Sonoran Technologies services, including our website, demo generator, and marketing platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
- If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
Services Description
- Sonoran Technologies provides a marketing automation platform designed for Phoenix Valley local businesses, including a demo website generator, CRM integration, and marketing tools.
- The demo generator creates mock websites to showcase potential marketing solutions. Demo websites are for demonstration purposes and may be modified or removed at our discretion.
- SMS and text messaging services are governed by our separate SMS Terms and Conditions at /sms-terms, which form an integral part of these Terms of Service for any user who opts in to receive SMS messages from us.
- Our platform integrates with third-party services including CRM, media hosting (Cloudinary), and other tools. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms.
Eligibility (Age Restriction)
- You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use Sonoran Technologies services or to opt in to receive SMS text messages from us.
- By accessing or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service.
- If you are using our services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you further represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these terms and that the entity, its principals, and its representatives are at least 18 years of age.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
SMS Program — Description, Use Cases, and Carrier Disclosures
- Program name: Sonoran Technologies LLC SMS Program. Operated by Sonoran Technologies LLC, a Phoenix, Arizona business (also operating as "Sonoran Technologies" and "Sonoran Tech").
- Message categories: Upon opting in, you may receive (a) Transactional SMS messages — appointment confirmations, demo delivery notifications, billing alerts, payment confirmations, onboarding updates, platform status notices, and customer-support replies; and (b) Marketing SMS messages — service offers, special pricing, promotional announcements, and product updates. Each category requires its own separate opt-in (transactional and marketing consents are collected as two distinct, optional checkboxes per the TCR two-checkbox model).
- Message frequency varies by your engagement and the workflows you opt in to. Marketing messages typically arrive at most a few times per month; transactional messages arrive in response to your activity (booking a call, creating a demo, completing onboarding, etc.).
- Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to or from your mobile device. Sonoran Technologies LLC does not charge a fee for SMS messages; your wireless carrier may charge for messages sent or received. Contact your wireless carrier for rate information.
- Opt-out instructions: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SMS message from us. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message and no further marketing or transactional SMS messages will be sent. To opt back in, reply START. Opting out of SMS does not affect your use of our other services.

- Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchase of any product or service. Each SMS opt-in is captured with a server-side audit record (timestamp, IP address, exact disclosure text shown, and consent type) retained for at least four (4) years per TCPA best practice.
- Carrier liability disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the availability and reliability of your mobile network and may be delayed or fail due to factors outside Sonoran Technologies LLC’s control. Sonoran Technologies LLC is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, message ordering, missed messages, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of SMS text messages by your wireless carrier or device.
- Supported carriers: The Sonoran Technologies LLC SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Google Fi, and other participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Obligations
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services, including business details submitted through the demo generator.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with the operation of our platform.
- You agree not to submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains false or misleading information, or violates any applicable law.
Intellectual Property
- All content, design, code, and materials on the Sonoran Technologies platform are owned by Sonoran Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Demo websites generated through our platform use templates and design systems owned by Sonoran Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these templates outside of our platform.
- Business information and content you provide (business name, descriptions, images) remain your property. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it within our platform to provide our services.
Demo Website Terms
- Demo websites are created for sales demonstration purposes and are not production websites.
- Sonoran Technologies reserves the right to modify, disable, or remove any demo website at any time.
- Demo websites may include placeholder content, sample data, and template elements that are not customized to your business.
- Demo website URLs and content are not guaranteed to be permanent. Production websites require a Website Add-On (+$197/mo) in addition to your service tier.
Limitation of Liability
- Sonoran Technologies provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
- You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of resolving any such disputes.
Changes to These Terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
- Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- We encourage you to review these terms periodically for any changes.
