SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms govern participation in the Sonoran Technologies LLC SMS text messaging program, including opt-in, opt-out, message frequency, and carrier disclosures.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Sonoran Technologies LLC, you agree to these SMS Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance.

Program Name and Description

  • Program Name: Sonoran Technologies LLC.
  • Upon opting in, you may receive SMS text messages from Sonoran Technologies LLC in the following categories:
  • Marketing messages about our services, promotions, offers, new features, educational content, and community events.
  • Transactional messages including demo delivery notifications, discovery call confirmations, appointment reminders, onboarding updates, platform status notifications, billing and invoice alerts, payment confirmations, and account status notices.
  • Customer-care messages in response to your inquiries, support requests, or follow-up to a conversation you initiated.

How to Opt In

  • You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Sonoran Technologies LLC by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on one of our web forms (including the contact form at /contact, the demo generator at /demo/create, and any booking or consultation request forms) and providing a valid mobile telephone number.
  • You may also opt in by providing verbal consent during a consultation or sales call. A Sonoran Technologies LLC representative will document your consent in our CRM system with a timestamp and the phone number to which messages will be sent.
  • You may opt in by replying YES or START to a confirmation message sent to your mobile number.
  • By opting in, you confirm that the mobile telephone number you provided is your own and that you are authorized to receive SMS messages at that number.

How to Opt Out and Rejoin

  • To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
  • After we receive your opt-out request, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your unsubscribe. After that confirmation, no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.
  • You may also opt out by contacting us at hello@sonorantech.io or (623) 343-1967 during business hours.
  • If you have opted out and wish to resume receiving SMS messages, you may opt in again using any of the methods described in the "How to Opt In" section. You may also reply START or UNSTOP to resume messaging.
  • Rejoining constitutes a new opt-in and is subject to these SMS Terms as then in effect.

Message Frequency

  • Message frequency varies based on the category of messages you have opted in to receive and your engagement with our services.
  • You may receive transactional messages at any time they are triggered by your activity, such as submitting a demo request, booking an appointment, or receiving an invoice.
  • Marketing messages are typically limited to no more than four (4) messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

  • Message and data rates may apply for each SMS message you send or receive in connection with the Sonoran Technologies LLC SMS program, as determined by your mobile carrier.
  • Sonoran Technologies LLC does not charge a fee for SMS messages; however, your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent or received.
  • For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carrier Liability and Supported Carriers

  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the availability and reliability of your mobile network and may be delayed or fail due to factors outside Sonoran Technologies LLC’s control.
  • The Sonoran Technologies LLC SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Google Fi, and other participating carriers.
  • T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and Industry Standards

  • Your mobile information, SMS opt-in consent, and any audit records of your opt-in are governed by our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is shared only with subcontractors in support services, aggregators, and telecommunications carriers necessary to deliver the SMS messages you have opted in to receive.
  • The Sonoran Technologies LLC SMS program is operated in accordance with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, the CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook where applicable, The Campaign Registry (TCR) Code of Conduct for A2P 10DLC messaging, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) at 47 U.S.C. Section 227, the CAN-SPAM Act at 15 U.S.C. Section 7701 et seq., and all other applicable U.S. federal and state laws governing electronic communications.

Consent, Prohibited Content, Changes, and Governing Law

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to receive SMS messages in order to use our website, request a demo, book a consultation, purchase any of our services, or receive any other benefit. Opting in is entirely voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Prohibited content: Sonoran Technologies LLC will not send, and does not permit any user of our platform to send, SMS messages containing prohibited content as defined by T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and The Campaign Registry. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, content related to sex, hate speech, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, cannabis, CBD, kratom, controlled substances, illegal gambling, phishing, payday loans, debt consolidation, debt reduction, credit repair, deceptive marketing, and multi-level marketing schemes.
  • Changes to these SMS Terms: we may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, reply STOP to opt out.
  • Governing law and jurisdiction: these SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these SMS Terms or your participation in our SMS program shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
